Shipping Options
We ship Canada-wide. Flat rates are applied automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
Free In-Store Pickup
Pick up at 7724 Yonge St, Thornhill, ON. You'll receive a ready-for-pickup notification by email.
GTA Delivery
Flat rate for orders shipping within the Greater Toronto Area (Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Oakville, and surrounding municipalities).
Ontario Delivery
Flat rate for orders shipping anywhere in Ontario outside the Greater Toronto Area.
Canada Delivery
Flat rate for orders shipping to any province or territory outside Ontario.
Delivery times are not guaranteed. Transit times may be affected by peak seasons, weather, or carrier disruptions. For time-sensitive orders, please contact us before placing your order.
In-Store Pickup
Pick up your online order for free at our Thornhill store. Same-day pickup is available for orders placed before our daily cutoff time, subject to stock availability.
You will receive an email notification once your order is packed and ready for collection. Please do not come to the store until you receive this notification, as we may need time to prepare your items.
Bring your order confirmation email (printed or on your phone) and a piece of photo ID. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, let us know at the time of ordering.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us. We will initiate a trace with the carrier on your behalf.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents before opening fully, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and file the claim with the carrier.
As your seller, we are responsible for ensuring your goods arrive in good condition. Our obligation to you is not affected by the carrier's internal claims process — if your order is lost or significantly damaged, we will reship or refund while we pursue the claim on our end.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Eligible for Return or Exchange
Within 30 days of purchase, with receipt or order confirmation.
- Unused party supplies in original, unopened packaging
- Tableware, decorations, and accessories with tags attached
- Costumes and accessories that have not been worn or altered
- Balloons that have not been inflated
Not Eligible for Return
These items cannot be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons.
- Custom or personalized items (custom name balloons, personalized printing, bespoke setups)
- Items that have been used, inflated, assembled, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase
- Perishable or time-sensitive goods
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
How to Start a Return

Contact us within 30 days
Email or call us with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Pack the item securely
Return the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.

Drop off or ship it back
You may return items in person to our Thornhill store free of charge. For shipped returns, the return shipping cost is at your expense unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Receive your refund or exchange
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Exchange items ship within 2 business days of inspection.
