Supershape Balloons

Supershape balloons are the specialty category of the foil balloon family: oversized, distinctive shapes — stars, hearts, crowns, wands, animals, seasonal icons — designed to function as statement pieces rather than supporting elements. At 28" to 36" across, a single well-placed supershape can anchor an entire table arrangement without additional decor, which makes them disproportionately effective for their cost. Most supershapes are helium-filled and float with a reliable 3–5 day float life under normal indoor conditions. Their size means they require slightly more helium than standard foil balloons — worth confirming with your inflation service if you're filling a large quantity. Because of their scale, supershapes also read well in photos without needing to be the closest object to the camera — they're visible and recognizable even in wide-angle room shots.
